(Ashfield, MA) A victim of a serious car crash in the town of Ashfield was transported by Life Star Helicopter around 8pm Tuesday according to the Goshen Firefighters Association who assisted with the call. At approximately 8:07pm, Ashfield rescue crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at Norton Hill Road. While on scene, Massachusetts State Police along with Highland Ambulance and Ashfield Firefighters and EMTs conducted emergency operations at the scene of the accident before Shelburne Control requested an air ambulance.
