New Greenfield Library Construction Making Progress

(Greenfield, MA) The new Greenfield Public Library reached another milestone last week. The foundation has been completely poured as Wednesday February 2^nd. Steel for columns and beams used in the construction of the new building are scheduled to arrive during the last week of the month.
Overall, the project is on schedule. The total project is expected to cost $19.5 million with $9.4 million coming from a grant from the Massachusetts Public Library Foundation.
