Barn In Whately Suffers Minimal Damage From Weekend Fire

(Whately, MA) Over the weekend the Whately Fire Department responded to a barn fire on Laurel Mountain Road that was believed to have been started by a heat lamp. Mutual aid assisted with the fire, which was put out and the animals are all safe. The barn suffered only minimal damage as a result of the fire.
