(Northampton, MA) Steven Malloy, the man accused of killing Joseph Fillio back in December 2021, will be arraigned in Hampshire County Superior Court today. Prosecutors accuse Malloy of shooting Fillio in the head, resulting in his death. The relationship between the two men or the motive for the crime has not been disclosed by prosecutors.
