(Boston, MA) Governor Baker announced on Monday that Pandemic food benefits, or P-EBT, will continue through the rest of the summer after receiving federal approval. Eligible children will receive two equal payments of $195.50 in July and August.
School-aged children are eligible for summer P-EBT if they have received P-EBT in the past or are newly eligible for free or reduced-price school lunch, but are not eligible if they have graduated in 2021 or moved out of Massachusetts. Kids age zero to five are also eligible for summer P-EBT if their families receive SNAP benefits.
