(undated) — Gymnasiums may be among the first businesses to reopen once the COVID 19 virus is contained. That’s according to federal guideline suggestions released recently by the Trump Administration. The decision to open Massachusetts businesses, however, will be made by Governor Baker, who says that won’t happen until the commonwealth reports at least 14 consecutive days of declining positive COVID 19 tests.
