(Greenfield, MA) A fire broke out in a garage on Fairview Street in Greenfield Saturday, September 24th after 8 p.m. It was a single-story garage with an attached greenhouse. The contents of the garage, greenhouse, and a nearby parked car were all lost in the fully involved fire. The cause of the fire is unknown. Mutual aid was provided by South Deerfield, Turners Falls, and Bernardston Fire Departments. One firefighter was evaluated on scene after falling and hitting their head, no other injuries were reported.
