(Greenfield, MA) Just before 10 p.m. Sunday evening, a driver reportedly sped through a stop sign on Maple Street in Greenfield and went off the road when attempting to turn right onto Mountain Road. The car ended up in the wooded area off the side of the road. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle but was transported to Baystate Franklin Medical Center, his condition unknown. The incident is still under investigation by the Greenfield Police Department.
