(Greenfield, MA) Thursday afternoon Jeffrey Fluery, 55 years old from Turners Falls, was sentenced at Franklin Superior Court on charges of child rape, intimidating a witness. Judge Michael Callan sentenced Fluery to twelve to fourteen years in prison and three years probation. The victim had been four to six years old when the offenses took place. The child’s mother read an impact statement saying their “family was turned upside down by this.”
