(Greenfield, MA) Following the City Council organizational meeting on Thursday, the City Council Committee Chairs met to discuss January agendas. Also discusses was a potential rearrangement of public comment in City Council meetings.
Councilor Penny Ricketts presented two potential options for public comment: to hold separate meetings, one for public comment and the next week hold a meeting for Council business, the other option was to put public comment at the end of the meeting rather than the beginning.
President Guin suggested a third option, to put public comment related to the night’s agenda at the beginning and general comments after Council business.
No changes have yet been made.
