(Greenfield, MA) Working Fields, a Burlington, Vermont based staffing agency has acquired Harmon Personnel Services in Greenfield from Community Action Pioneer Valley (CAPV). The acquisition took place on December 25th, 2022 and goes into full effect this month.

Working with people who may have barriers to employment such as transportation, housing, or going through recovery, Working Fields helps match individuals with long term employment opportunities.

“We are aware of the impact Working Fields’ approach has had on the companies and clients it works with,” CAPV Director of Communications Clare Higgins  said. “We believe Working Fields is the perfect partner to take over Harmon because of its strong mission alignment and track record of success.”

Working Fields was founded in 2017, the Greenfield location will be its fifth office and they continue to expand their reach in the tri-state area.
