(Franklin County, MA) Wednesday in Franklin County Superior Court, Jacob Wrisley’s lawyer filed two motions to dismiss a total of four charges based on lack of grand jury evidence. Judge Jane Mulqueen has not yet made a decision on the motions.
In May 2021 Wrisley, former Bernardston and Buckland Police Officer, was charged with eight counts of possession of child pornography, one count of posing or exhibiting a child in a state of nudity or sexual conduct, and one count of photographing, videotaping, or electronically surveilling the sexual or other intimate parts of a child. The case was moved out of Greenfield District Court based on the severity of the issue.
A pretrial hearing is set for April 12th, 2023.
