(Franklin County, MA) The winter storm sweeping through the region has prompted towns to put in place overnight parking bans.
The Town of Orange initiated a parking ban on Wednesday the 22nd from 4 p.m. to Thursday at 1 p.m.
Greenfield’s Emergency Winter Parking Ban began Wednesday at 11 p.m. and is in effect until Thursday at 12 p.m. The ban prohibits parking on both sides of the streets, with the exception of metered parking. Parking is also not allowed in municipal lots overnight, with the exception of designated areas in the Chapman and Davis Street lot.
