(Orange, MA) Christopher Mundell of Athol was arraigned in Orange District Court on Friday on eleven charges including kidnapping, strangulation, and seven counts of assault and battery on a family member according to the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office.
Mundell was arrested Wednesday with bail initiatially set at $50,000 until Friday’s arraignment where Jude Laurie MacLeod set bail at $1,000 with the condition Mundell where a GPS monitor and have no contact with the alleged victim. A pretrial hearing will be held on May 5th.
