(Colrain, MA) Colrain will be holding a Special Town Meeting Tuesday to vote on two free cash transfers. The first article is a time sensitive issue for the transfer of $2,500 from free cash to pay for licensing and installing new tax collection software for the town.
The second is a transfer for the amount of $57,650 to pay for the demolition of a structure at 102 Main Road. The demolition was completed earlier this year in January and must be paid for if the property changes hands.
