(Greenfield, MA) The Greenfield City Council will be meeting next Wednesday to vote on the FY24 City Operating Budget. After going into the early hours of the next day last year, the councilors will be ending their meeting at 11 p.m. on Wednesday and will reconvene on Thursday if they have not completed their agenda. Other changes for this month include, public comment speakers having two minutes instead of the usual three and the council will not be hearing from city officials like the Mayor and Superintendent in order to hold space for the budget discussion and vote.
