(Colrain, MA) Colrain residents will gather Tuesday evening to vote on several articles in Annual Town Meeting including a $1.88 million operating budget. Also on the meeting warrant, a $35,000 feasibility study on a covered gathering space at the Griswold Memorial Library and the purchase of a new Highway Department Tractor/Mower.
