(Greenfield, MA) Greenfield Fire Department’s longtime administrative assistant Lorie Brooks retired this week. She has worked for the department four decades with seven different fire chiefs providing vital support that kept the department running. The department held a ceremony for Brooks with the Mayor Wedegartner, Fire Chief Robert Strahan, members of the Greenfield Fire Department, and friends and family to see her off and wish her well in her next chapter.
