The deceased has been identified as Dillon Dudek, 30 years old, from Turners Falls. While the cause of death has not been identified, the police say there were no signs of trauma at the scene.

The Greenfield Police Department has blocked off a vehicle on Federal Street, near the intersection with Pierce Street and in the midst of an active investigation assisted by the Massachusetts State Police. They have reported the preliminary investigation suggests there is no current danger to the public.
