(Deerfield, MA) Deerfield voters approved the borrowing of up to $5 million for road repairs after this summer’s storms had a detrimental impact on the roadways. The borrowing must also pass at an upcoming Special Election. The town meeting also included a vote on the town acquiring the St. James Church on North Main Street with $420,000 in Community Preservation Act funds, which residents also approved.
