(Hadley, MA) Representative Jim McGovern visited Hadley this past weekend and spoke on his efforts to support the Connecticut River Watershed Partnership Act that would have the US Fish and Wildlife Service create a conservation plan for the watershed utilizing grants, state, local, and private funding. Protecting the watershed is one of the ways state and federal officials are working to fight climate change and support the economy.
