(Boston, MA) Climate Chief Melissa Hoffer published a report with 39 recommendations to meet emissions reductions and resilience goals in the Clean Energy and Climate Plan. In Hoffer’s report, Mass Save may need an overhaul to meet their energy efficiency goals and tackle pressing decarbonization projects. The reports also addresses education, workforce, public health, and funding recommendations to prioritize resilience and innovation in clean energy.
