(Salem, MA) The Healey-Driscoll Administration is expected to announce a financial aid expansion to benefit students attending public community colleges and universities. Governor Healey along with Lieutenant Governor Driscoll and the Secretary of Education will be at Salem State university at 10 a.m. this morning to make the announcement that could impact over 25 thousand students.
