(Whately, MA) The Tea Guys business in Whately has been under scrutiny after a lawsuit was filed by Zest Tea LLC, a Baltimore tea company, that accuses Tea Guys of failing to fulfill an agreement and seeks $5.67 million in damages as a result of the alleged contract breach. Now, the Tea Guys’ equipment and inventory is up for auction by Rasmus Auctions.
