(Greenfield, MA) Greenfield resident Glen Ayers has filed an Open Meeting Law complaint against the Greenfield Board of Health; stating an agenda item was not posted correctly, along with the former Health Director Jennifer Hoffman continuing to work after her final date of employment and that the board conducted part of the hiring process for a new health director outside of open meetings. Mayor Wedegartner said the hiring process is conducted outside of board meetings and Hoffman has been worked in a per diem status. The board will be meeting with the city’s attorney to discuss the matter.
