(South Deerfield, MA) A hiker was rescued Sunday afternoon after being stranded between Mount Sugarloaf and North Sugarloaf. South Deerfield Fire, Deerfield Police, and EMS were all requested to find the hiker, and they brought in the Western Mass Regional Technical Rescue Team, the Department of Conservation and Recreation, and the Drone team from the Greenfield fire and police departments. The hiker was recovered without injury.
