(Shelburne Falls, MA) The Massachusetts Woodlands Institute, based out of Shelburne Falls, has received a nearly $12,000 grant for outreach programs that will provide educational resources to the community on headwater stream habitats. The project include creating a written toolkit with river and forest restoration and adaptation techniques, as well as the creation of a website and a workshop series.
