Shelburne Fire’s Deputy Chief Passes After Battle With Cancer

(Shelburne, MA) Shelburne Fire Department’s Deputy Fire Chief Robert Manners passed away last week after battling cancer. Manners was a beloved and active part of the community, serving in many roles throughout his life from firefighter, paramedic, selectmen, to law enforcement officer, Kid Safe organizer, and more. As an active member of the Shelburne Fire Department at the time of his passing, several local public safety agencies decorated their stations with mourning buntings.
