(Shelburne Falls, MA) New office space is available in Shelburne Falls after local attorneys Kevin Parsons and Lina Hogan lost their office when the building was sold, motivating them to renovate the property 50 State Street. The building holds two condos and seven office spaces, three of which are occupied by the attorneys, a local insurance agent, and a naturopath. Parsons expects the rest of the office spaces will be rented out this year.
