(Leverett, MA) The Leverett-Wendell Police Department regionalization process is in its final stage. This year, the towns will present separate budgets and starting next fiscal year the budgets will begin to appear as one. According to the Leverett Selectboard documents, Wendell has been given time to ramp up their payments to Leverett to avoid sticker shock.
