$170K Affordable Home Application Open

(Greenfield, MA) The Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity is completing two all-electric, ENERGY STAR rated homes in Greenfield and Northampton. Greenfield’s one-bedroom home on Petty Plan Road is specifically designed to accommodate mobility impairments and will cap the sales price at $170,000.

Those interested in applying for the affordable home can attend the upcoming information sessions on February 29th via ZOOM and March 23rd at the Greenfield Public Library, before the application deadline of April 3rd.
