GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield City Councilors unanimously approved the Paint Stewardship resolution Wednesday. The resolution was brought forward by Greening Greenfield and the MA Paint EPR Advocacy Group, who have gotten endorsements and resolutions from about 80 organizations and municipalities in the hopes of passing a law to divert latex and oil-based paint from landfills to a collection network based in retail stores and transfer stations.
