GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Greenfield Public Library and ServiceNet are hosting an inaugural community art display from April 6th through the end of May. The exhibit will feature a variety of art mediums from over 20 artists, all from the ServiceNet community. ServiceNet serves community members with mental health challenges, brain injury, homelessness, substance use and other challenges. A reception will be held May 1st to celebrate the art/community connection.

This exhibit will include a diverse collection of paintings, photography and other visual art, representing the unique perspectives and creativity of more than 20 artists—all of whom are members of the ServiceNet community. ServiceNet provides services to people living with mental health challenges, developmental delay or disability, brain injury, homelessness, substance use issues and other challenges.
A reception will be held on May 1 from 4 –7 p.m., welcoming the public to celebrate the transformative power of art in fostering connection and building community.
“We are excited to bring our show to the Greenfield Public Library,” said Amy Timmins, ServiceNet’s Vice President of Community Relations, “and to highlight the talent and creativity of artists throughout the agency. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the library for hosting us as their first community art show.”
