ROWE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Rowe residents voted unanimously in favor of forming a two-town fire district with Charlemont at the Annual Town Meeting Monday. The Rowe Fire Department said in a statement that the two-town district would allow the towns to combine equipment and staffing resources. It is estimated that it will take the town’s approximately four years to complete the transition.
