GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) —  A former Athol man has pleaded guilty to 27 counts of sex crimes involved three minors and has been sentenced to 25 to 30 years in prison. 51 year-old Jose Oquendo appeared in Franklin County Superior Court Thursday for the sentencing after his arrest in 2021 when one of the victims confided in a partner about the abuse that had spanned years.
