BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Buckland Selectboard has voted to accept the proposal from JPH Building, a home design and contracting business, to purchase the former police station. Of the three proposals, JPH Building stood out as a tax-paying business with a quick closing date and a bid $25,000 above asking price. JPH plans to split the building with half being production and design offices and the other half will house professional offices.
