BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Massachusetts Department of The Interior of Public Utilities opened an inquiry into energy affordability for residential ratepayers in January. Since then, the Department has solicited input on reducing the energy burden and addressing affordability issues. The next step in the inquiry is a public workshop via Zoom on Monday June 24th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to gather additional input.
