GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A study from the University of Vermont and the Greater Boston Food Bank found that about one third of Massachusetts families could not afford diapers, which cost an average of $100 per month.
To combat affordability issues, the United Way of Franklin and Hampshire Region is sponsoring a diaper drive through June 30th, to support their diaper bank which is distributed to local agencies to give to families in need. Visit uw-fh.org to find ways to donate.
