ALBANY, NY (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — An Albany County court judge has ruled in favor of the extradition of Greenfield murder suspect Taaniel Herberger-Brown Friday. Herberger-Brown will likely be returned to Massachusetts in mid-July where he will await arraignment at the Franklin County Justice Center.
Herberger-Brown was arrested on a murder charge at Albany International Airport in April following the discovery of a decomposing body in his former apartment on Chapman Street in Greenfield.
