MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Montague has joined the statewide internet access study known as the BEAD challenge, the Broadband Equity & Access Deployment Challenge Process, seeking to collect accurate data on internet access and speed in order to direct funding to support the unserved and underserved in Massachusetts’ Internet for All campaign. Residents can test their internet speeds between June 20th and July 2oth through a portal on howsyourinternet.org which will record the data for the town’s submission.
