AMHERST, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Northwestern District Attorney’s Office is working out deals for some of the over 100 people arrested in the May pro-Palestinian protest at UMass Amherst. The D.A.’s office is offering pre-arraignment diversion in some of the cases, striking the arraignment from the record and potentially dismissing the case.
