SUNDERLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Warner Bros. LLC, a Sunderland-based contractor is facing a nearly $30,000 fine after the state Department of Environmental Protection alleged the company potentially released asbestos fibers into the environment. The violation was discovered during an inspection of the construction on the UMass Clark Hill Steam Project on Clark Hill Road.
