GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Tito’s Taqueria, a restaurant with locations in Greenfield, Brattleboro, and Keene was fined over $12,000 by the US Department of Labor and found to be illegally requiring employees to share tips with managers and were not paying employees overtime rates. Tito’s was ordered to pay about $62,000 in back wages and withheld tips to 126 employees.
