BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — In Governor Healey’s budget plan that was revealed Monday, over $93 million was dedicated to the “Mass Educate” program covering college tuition and fees for all residents, expanding on the “Mass Reconnect” program.
Under the new program, there will be no age restrictions, to be eligible for free tuition residents must attend a public community college at least part time and not already have a bachelor’s degree.
