BOSTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Gun owners submitted a referendum petition as the first step in repealing the firearms law signed by Governor Healey on July 25th. Petitioners will need to gather at least 37,300 signatures to get the repeal question on the state ballot in the 2026 election.
