GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A Shutesbury man is facing 29 charges of aggravated rape, assault and battery, stalking, strangulation, and others in Franklin County Superior Court. 31 year-old Branden Eugenio has pleaded not guilty to the charges stemming from an April incident where he was accused of raping his partner.
Eugenio will be released once finding a residence acceptable to the court and will be on complete curfew while wearing a GPS device.
