SHUTESBURY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The discussion continues on the regionalization of fire departments in Leverett, Shutesbury, New Salem, and Wendell as staffing challenges go on. This week, the Shutesbury Select Board voted unanimously to apply for a grant to continue the study of the four departments and make recommendations.
