GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Community Action Pioneer Valley will be helping approximately 180 seniors to age in place with a $1.25 million Housing and Urban Development federal grant as part of the Older Adults Home Modification program. The funds will be used to install ramps, handrails, and bathroom modifications at no cost to the homeowner.
