MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A new principal has started for Turners Falls High School and the Great Falls Middle School. The school committee announced Shawn Rickan began in the role on August 19th following former principal Christopher Barnes’ departure. Previously, Rickan served as the assistant principal at Ralph C Mahar Regional School in the early 2000s and later as the Franklin County Technical School principal.
