GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Greenfield murder suspect Taaniel Herberger-Brown was in court Wednesday for a pre-trial conference that was continue to October 1st after new details came up. First Assistant Northwestern District Attorney Steven Gagne expects the case to be indicted by the October 1st date.
Herberger-Brown previously pleaded not guilty to a murder charge in connection with the death of Christopher Hairston of Pittsfield.
